Since graduating in Graphic Design from Cariboo University in Canada, I’ve enjoyed commercial success such as painting 37 cover designs for Whistler’s Pique Newsmagazine but practicing and teaching fine art is where my heart lies.

In 2018, I started my own private art school, “Art Circle Hood River” which is now located in my classroom at Hood River New School where I also head up the art department for a third year.  Programs I designed such as: “Brave Art for Youth”, “Skateboard Art” and “No More Stickmen” are all meant to inspire youth to give drawing and painting a try or to take their skills to the next level.

My teachings are focused on improving drawing and acrylic painting skills with a special focus on composition and colour mixing.
